OOS:

When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.

I'm pretty sure I saw you rolling south on 81 through VA last week. I spend a lot of time in the area being ELS is in NC and we have a ton of customers through there.

Also, as not to start yet another thread, I'll be going up to New Hampshire tomorrow. 95 to 495 to Rt 3 to 93 to Rt 3 again. Let me know if you'll be along the route!

Robert, it could have been me. I know I-81 in Virginia like the back of my hand. I run back and forth on that freight lane up into the Northeast and back down South all the time.
