Expungement Process

Does anybody know how the expungement process works. Can a do the process myself to get the two tickets removed from my record. And what do the courts accept as a valid reason?

Patrick, although I applaud your tenacity, you and Trucking is the very definition of insanity. You keep attempting the same thing (trucking) while expecting different results. After going back and reading thru your sordid history of posts, I must say that this career is probably not what you should be doing. You went thru more trucking companies in a 2 year span than most truckers go thru over their entire career. You have had issue after issue after issue. Sometimes discretion IS the better part of valor.

But, I still will give you the honest answer you are looking for. Your best bet to get the tickets expunged is hire an attorney. They will know what a particular judge will want to hear. Doesn't mean it will work. It all depends on what the tickets were for and what your record has looked like since. Also how long ago those tickets are will matter as well.

Please do yourself and everyone else a favor, find a new profession.
