That one is from Aug. As a new flatbedder you will get .52 plus .02 of performance pay, so .54 to start. That performance pay can go as high as .06 after your first quarter if you qualify. After 6 months that starting .52 goes to .54.

So if you qualify for full performance pay, you could be making .60 after 6 months.

I am at home now, waiting for my trainer to call me to set it all up. I should hear from him today and I'm guessing meeting up with him this weekend to head out Sunday or Monday.....excited!
