It was confirmed yesterday that it would be a Walmart trailer as I messaged them regarding dropping my current empty.

follow the directions printed on the trip sheet (top one in your packet of paper work).

G town I remember you mentioning this before. Must be a thing at your dc cause Los Lunas doesn't have any directions on our paperwork. We just have the seal record for security and the page for stickers. We do have a binder that shows how to get to a dock though.

Have fun and take your time. Most stores are easy but some you gotta bully some 4 wheelers to make your turn into the store.

Weird all the pallets matched besides two, but it had the correct route number and store number with the date.

That usually happens. A pallet or two will be in a different spot or a stacked pallet may be listed with one pallet but be on another. Always check the ones after you finish if you don't see a sticker for the next stop. Plenty of times I have left and another pallet that wasn't on the paperwork was put on the trlr and I end up having to back track to the previous store.

Unless I'm misunderstanding g town. The top sheet I have is the seal record with store numbers and the second page is the pallets.

Sorry to hear that; it’s a mis-delivery. I’ll reply later with more detail.

Sounds like they did not review the different pieces of the trip paperwork and how to use them. If you want to run Wally Dedicated full time, you’ll need to understand how to be productive.

Check back in an hour or so...

Jamie there are five basic parts to the Walmart paperwork:

Trip sheet describes each store and at times a backhaul.

Here is what the first page of mine looked like today highlighting directions for Phillipsburg NJ and Clinton NJ;

0534516001541385216.jpg

Scale card with door seals attached.

Seal card showing each store; arrival, departure, seal #, driver initials and unloaded initials. This card is checked-out by security and also checked-in. Security takes it after checking in.

Load map, shows up each individual pallet by store number and pallet number. This is the primary document necessary to manage and record unloading at each store. I highlight each set of pallets for each store with a separate color. This way you can ensure everything comes off at the correct location.

Invoices, one invoice (usually multi-page) for each store. I always put it on the desk with the removed seal.
