Not having someone literally looking over my shoulder.
It usually takes most people a good six months to settled into a job. Some a lot longer.
Most are too impatient to stay with something long enough to get to looking it.
My 1st two years in the Marines? Hated it. Ended up living and loving it, doing 20 years and retiring
