Also, Anyone have experience with a sliding pay scale? How does this look? Potential to make money if I run hard?

Honestly that payscale looks awfully low for flatbed work. Aren't you in Florida? Have you tried Cypress or maybe CT transport?

Thanks for your input. Have looked into Cypress. C.t. doesn't have anything in my area according to the website.... they're recruiting guy Scott claims 1200/WK gross on avg....24-2800 miles.
