I read the article you posted and it was very interesting. I think I may have posted this previously, but I got a call from my driver manager a few days ago. A company driver fell asleep at the wheel and rolled the truck. So they were calling every driver from that OC to personally discuss fatigue with them.
After reading the article and thinking a lot about this issue, it all seems to come down to each individual driver using good judgment and common sense, but we all know that is impossible to legislate.
