I do admire you flatbedders and all the work you do to tarp those loads. Takes a lot of work and skill.
I have been to a few places that have instructions like this. Like a couple of people said most of the time I have seen it is do to not enough space for trucks to be taping and them also being able to load and unload trucks. I have also seen places where the tarping area has a like open barn with tarp lifts..etc. Like turtle said it can take a little time to a long time to be secured and tarped depending on the load.
