Bob B you received some excellent advice on this thread. Wind is a frequent and very important topic.

Please click on this link to view a recent post I made that contained a Wind Speed Chart

Take a look, save it for future reference. It should eliminate the guesswork and give you a “hammer” whenever someone questions your future judgement.

I agree with Old School on the QC message. Paper trails are always best when dealing with these situations. It takes the blame off you and puts it in them.
