Brian I sure will for sure. I was a rehire with Quality Carriers. My terminal manager brought me in at 65% and they just gave me a raise to 66. Top out is 67 and that generally takes 6 years of tanker experience to achieve. My boss told me in 6 months he will top me out. That will put me top step in 3 years of tanker experience. I have done well and they appreciate it.

I only posted this info so new folks can see yet another example of the basic premise here. Work hard, be honest and you will do well.

Terminal:

A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.
