Small company? Do this place do their own maintenance in house?
Could be a variety of single issues, or a combination of them: tire wear, king pins, axle bushings, tie rod ends, caster/camber set incorrectly, gearbox, etc.
Just because it had a recent alignment doesn't mean much. Most shops (like more than 70%), do not do the alignment correctly. Heck, most shops don't install and torque the tires correctly.
Okay, thanks for some ideas. The alignment I believe was done at a truck dealership. Yes, less than 10 trucks and the maintenance is done in house.

If your feeling this with an mt or light trailer that may be the issue loaded my truck which is brand new is straight as an arrow my theres alotta wander id blame it on the roads and the fact they are built to carry heavy weight

What would cause excessive steering movement going down the road. Sometimes I find it difficult to keep it straight. If I hold the wheel in one spot the truck tends to want to go to the left. It has had an alignment and the steering shaft was replaced.
