Now as to what's "minor", I'd say that if you bumped or scraped things too often, or got too many safety "points" in a year, it might be adios for your current company.

I have 2.5 yrs OTR exp and was recently discharged for a safety violation after a minor accident my 2nd in 11 months I am now struggling to find an outfit to hire me even though the accidents were very minor.. would appreciate any feedback or especially job offers!
