The Combination vehicles section, Doubes and Triples is worth a look as well.
A vehicle with two separate parts - the power unit (tractor) and the trailer. Tractor-trailers are considered combination vehicles.
When you look at your dashboard, you'll see that every section has something in parentheses that tells you what it's for, either the permit, the endorsements, or job duties. Do all the sections labeled "Permit."
We highly recommend you get your endorsements. Most of them are just a short quiz, and you have them for life. Hazmat is a little more involved but well worth it. You may think now that you won't need them, but why limit yourself when they're so easy to get?
Explosive, flammable, poisonous or otherwise potentially dangerous cargo. Large amounts of especially hazardous cargo are required to be placarded under HAZMAT regulations

Hello all,
I've had my Class B w/air brake endorsement for the last two years and will be taking my Class A permit test next week. I don't need any additional endorsements, so which High Road sections should I study? Thanks for the help.
