I'm also on another message board and those people all are clamoring to be owner operators. Other than that I like the board. But I just refrain from commenting on those posts. I've met young drivers on the road that are owner operators and the equipment they drive are really just a piece of crap...2007 trucks... Just as an example. I freak out if I have a breakdown... It's costing me money. But just look at what it's costing them and when you drive a piece of equipment that old you're going to be down a lot more than I am. I drive a 2019 Kenworth and I've had no problems with it so far except for a tire. It's trailers that I have problems with... And that's only been twice. Can't imagine the angst these young owner-operators deal with? They got Hoodwinked
