I do feel sorry for Holownia, but he's alive, probably had insurance to cover his injuries and damaged vehicle....but this is reaching too far. He needs to accept the verdicts and get on with his life.

These get nuttier all the time. Expect the ambulance chasers to go after the driver, the carrier, the truck manufacturer, the tire manufacturer, the brakes manufacturer, etc.
