My thoughts on this isn't so much the driving. I could teach my 13 year old to drive the truck. Its about the time management and the drive to be successful out here.
Hell most of the 21+ year olds I know wouldn't be able to do what we all do, dealing with ****ty receivers, flip flopping schedules from day to night, just to name my big 2. It takes a lot of work to maintain the positive attitude to get the job done efficiently and be a successful driver.
The internet reviews are already full of drivers that for one reason or another werent successful for whatever reason and every company out there already has people who are the "complainers" and now we're just opening up the pool.
