The smaller company is more like mid sized and more based in my area.
Isn't this the same question you posted a week ago?
A week ago I asked about paid training vs school. This is a different question thanks.
I don’t know what you consider “mid size,” but I’d be more interested in the stability of the company. Such as; how many miles can they promise, how many students have they graduated in the past year, what percentage of students stay with them more than six months, etc.
I guess I’m thinking beyond the training period because that’s where the rest of your life is.
Something else to consider; if they’re a smaller company, do they have dedicated instructors? If not, that could make big difference in the education you get...or DON’T get.
I hope this helps.

Hi,
Just wondering your thoughts on this or if it even matters for a rookie? I can do paid training through a mid size company and training is only three miles away. 4 weeks training and 5 weeks with a trainer. Or would I be better off with a mega carrier training program? Both are similar in starter training pay.
Thank You.
