Andhe78, thank you for the reply man, I have a bit more research to do on maverick, but the schooling seems like its great from what I have read, and the training also seems very well put together.

Anne, I had planned on getting all of the endorsements available to me, just like you said. The opportunity may arise where I can take something fantastic!

Thanks guys! -Canaan

It's been awhile, Canaan .. ! Hope you had a great Christmas / celebratory Holiday as you see fit, and are welcoming the New Year, on NEW WINGS! (Oops, wheels, haha!!) I'm an avionics junkie myself..yet afraid to fly!

Yep, still around, checking back!!!

Did anything work out for you yet, and/or are ya ... still in the arena?

We hope to hear back, man!

If I can get lucky, maverick transport sounds like a good fit for me, when im ready im going to reach out to them and see if they are hiring in my area and get life rolling!

I can highly recommend Maverick, spent my first two years driving there. Only reason I left was because I had the opportunity to be home daily. If I ever wanted to go back otr , they’re the only company I’d call. But like every trucking job, you get out of it what you put into it.

Maverick, was, after all.. a great GO TO, andhe. . . somehow I thought you said I was incorrect on that..probably had the Co. name wrong.. SORRY!

OTR:

Over The Road

OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.
