The woman uses a Plantronics as her main headset but also has a BP in her truck as well. She loves her Voyager and says it sounds great.
She didn't mind the BP but she wanted something "that looked better". She keeps the BP in her truck and allows her Trainees to use it, or uses it as a backup if hers dies.
I'm kind of hung, I tried them both but didn't actually have a ton of noise to test out the noise canceling...but I can say when I talk to her both are clear as day.

I ended up buying the blue parrot from Wal-Mart online for like 80 bucks. It's been great. The only gripe i have is that it will say is connected but when I answer a call sometimes it won't pick up and then disconnects. I don't know if this is the headsets problem or my phone which is kind of old and beat up. I have no complaint about the call quality on either end though. I would recommend it fully
