Howdy, AH94203, and welcome to Trucking Truth ~!!
My 'first' suggestion would be to vet out the companies that only hire 23 or over, and some are 25 or over. For some, it's an insurance necessity, I do believe.
Here's a link on how to do just that, as well as APPLY for numerous companies, at the BOTTOM of this linked page. Congrats on your CDL at such a young age; I hope you stay a part of our community!

Hi everyone, I’ve had my CDL for about a year and a half with my Tanker and Doubles/Triples endorsements. I’m 20 years old I’ll be 21 in about a month and I’ll finally be able to drive out of state. I’m looking for companies to transition from local to OTR , any suggestions?
CDL:
Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
OTR:
Over The Road
OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.
Doubles:
Refers to pulling two trailers at the same time, otherwise known as "pups" or "pup trailers" because they're only about 28 feet long. However there are some states that allow doubles that are each 48 feet in length.
