Is this some kind of early April Fools joke
Daniel B. meet...Daniel B.
Just switched it to Dan B. to help stop any confusion.
Hey Dan, welcome to the forum!
You took a little bit of an unusual route into this career. Where are you planning on going to work after you get that license? I'm not sure if your friend's insurance would be willing to cover you, and I'm quite sure it will be difficult to get on with one of the major carriers without a training certificate to satisfy the insurance company requirements.
I am planning to work for the same friend, he has his own authority. Didn't think about having an issue with insurance if I don't go the school route.... I will make sure to look into that tomorrow, may have to pony up for the course....
Thanks for the info!

Hey Everyone,
I'm Dan, a new driver. I have been training with my friend (owner op) preparing to get started in my new career. I have a ton of road time and a good amount of practice straight and angle backing. I am getting ready to pull the trigger and take the test. I am planning on taking it at the south holland dmv as we are at the Dolton UP yard regularly. Does anyone have any last minute tips or words of advice? Also, does anyone know where the route of the road course?
Thanks in advance!
-Dan
