Hi guys, Been trucking a few years now and still loving it. Been on here but don’t post a whole lot mainly read to pass Time and learn a bit. Anyway so I’ve been with the local company I’m currently at for quite some time and while the pay is good there’s not much room for raises bc I’m almost at top out pay. As far as the job I love it and am a little nervous but ryder has offered a job making quite a bit more money and better benefits. I heard they were a great company to work for a while back but am wondering if that still stands true now bc while I love the job I’m at but the added pay and benefits would make the switch worth it just extremely nervous to switch

I don't know squat about Ryder, but my hat's off to you for earning this new opportunity. Hopefully, someone here with knowledge of Ryder will chime in. I think someone recently posted something positive about Ryder. Maybe put "Ryder" in the search bar here and see what comes up.
