Good luck with the new company.
Don't fall into the lease trap!
Ditto what PackRat said. Hope it works out for you and the triplets? All girls? All boys, or a mix? How old are they?
Well, after a year and two months, I've left my training company and gone to what I hope will be a long term company. I started with Millis Transfer. Great company, thorough training and nice equipment. I've signed up with KLLM now. Seems like just as nice of equiplwnt, and more opportunity for true otr , as opposed to just east of Mississippi. They do offer a lease purchase, but I'm going as a company driver, at least to start. I'm getting a $0.20 a mile raise. Anyway, just wanted to check in here. Havent been on here in a bit, and I'm at the hotel for orientation right now.
I am just curious. Is there a specific reason why you didn't choose KLLM as the coming to go with from the beginning? The reason I ask is that KLLM has a training program for students who need a CDL. Anyway, I was just curious. Take care and I wish you the best at KLLM.

A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.
When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.
