Help Getting My Driving Record From Nevada

Looking for help concerning my CDL . Moved from Nevada back to Indiana. The problem, I have everything I need except an Official state of Nevada letterhead a copy of my driving record. Indiana will except nothing else.
So Nevada has online 7$ get your driving record but NOT for me anyway. I put in the required data comes back "Technical difficulties call Nevada DMV". Lol
Message call another time to0 busy to help for the last 3 months. 100s of calls the same. Now my NV physical 2 years ran out on April 12. Have been on the couch ever since. Any ideas ?? Flying back to Nevada is not an option. Thx if anyone has a sugestion.

CDL:
Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
- Any combination of vehicles with a gross combined weight rating (GCWR) of 26,001 or more pounds, providing the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the vehicle being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
- Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
- Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
- Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.

MVR:
Motor Vehicle Record
An MVR is a report of your driving history, as reported from your state Department of Motor Vehicles. Information on this report may include Drivers License information, point history, violations, convictions, and license status on your driving record.
First, after input of your info, did you pay the $7? and get said message? They won't probably "show" your record, until you've paid. Never try to call ANY DMV , on a Monday, or Friday, their busiest days. Just like the state or IRS, sometimes you have to just wait your turn in que, or leave a call back # maybe.....Since you can't go back to Nevada, this is probably your ONLY option to get your records.
