Congratulations man. Good luck going forward

***SITUATION UPDATE***

So I ruffled enough feathers in NH and finally last week they called me back and said that I could in fact test, as long as I can provide proof that the suspension was not related to a moving violation!!!

I ordered an official copy of my driving record and guess what…. The suspension isn’t even on my record.

I’m not going to question it, if the government issues doc states it isn’t there than it’s not there!

My best guess is that Florida suspends your license as to make you reinsure the vehicle but doesn’t stick it on your record. Either way… I test tomorrow morning! Thanks everyone who commented and offered their insight.

All states do not have a cooperation agreement between their licensing bureaus either. Some states exchange information, some don't. I do not know why or which states this applies to, but I've lived in several states and I've spoken with the folks at the DMV and that's what they said.

Dm:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

DMV:

Department of Motor Vehicles, Bureau of Motor Vehicles

The state agency that handles everything related to your driver's licences, including testing, issuance, transfers, and revocation.
