Not much you can do when there are high winds and you’re empty or loaded really light.
Idk why man but whenever you make a post I always just have a feeling you would really like flatbed. Call me crazy but I think you should try it one of these days. I don’t do flatbed anymore but in almost 8 months doing it I didn’t have to shut down once because of wind
I'm really contemplating it. I'm very critical of myself and really take a cautious approach to anything trucking related. I guess I don't always feel confident about my backing and just want to make sure that if I switch, I'll be able to do it with the same level of success I've been doing in dry van. I am really burnt out on wind. Probably 75 percent of my loads are light.
Just got done hauling a whopping 1700 pound load across Kansas. Ugh.
