Stevens runs a lot of refer freight and really pushes leasing. We never subscribe to doing this.
CRST is almost exclusively team driving. One person is driving, while the other "sleeps". The trucks essentially never stop rolling. I started there and discovered that I was not suited for teaming.
Both companies offer company paid training with a contract between 10 to 12 months obligation to pay this off.
Personally I would keep looking.

Brett's book is AWESOME, and it's totally FREE, on here... it's also available in published paper/hardcover.

A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
