Why would the employer keep an employee that failed a drug test to begin with?
I am not sure if they can force you to pay. However, if I failed a drug test and found a company willing to give me a second chance, I definitely would not have a problem paying for any drug tests they wanted.

I understand that an employer can require an employee who tests positive to pay for treatment. Can the employer also require the employees to pay for the follow-testing included in the SAP's report? Thanks.
