Class A CDL Testing

I been a class B driver for 8 years. Took my written test for my Class A 3 times because I let the expire before I tested. Now I got the again and I scheduled a test but they can't test me because I do not have all of my information in the ELDT. I took am online course but that only covered the written part. I didn't know that or I would have taken it. I been driving tractor trailers for about 2 years and have the experience. Do I have to now go to school to get my Class A license or is there something else I can do to test?

I'm confused a bit. You had a Class A license while driving tractor trailers for two years or not?
