Went to a place kinda like there. Was complex with divider between sides, like in the picture. We had 4 or 5 big "High Value", Google server machines, to deliver up north, in the Bay area. Got there at night, was a real cluster getting in to the dock. Same thing, auto's and not enough room in front to move around.
Took about 30 minutes to finally get it in the slot. Funny, I forget where we picked em up, except it was in some off the wall place with a crappy gravel road, to a worn out looking warehouse, out in the boonies..........
After, getting that offloaded, we had to transport 3 "empty" specially built cases, for said servers from the delivery location to another place. They kinda made a big fuss over the value of the EMPTY shipping crates. I guess they were specially built for these server machines.....Glad I only had to go there once! lol

I was chatting with Michael and sharing contact information with our neighbor whose son just started training with Schneider (Michael has driven for Marten for just a bit over two years now). Michael said his current location is one of his tightest so far. I wonder why these places need to mix in employee parking in areas the trucks need for setting up, etc. Do they ever consult with a driver when designing a place like this? That's a rhetorical question, obviously.
