Came up positive for THC for the 1st time in my 49 years on this earth. Need help finding a company that does regional out of NC. I keep hitting roadblocks so I am reaching out for help. Thanks in advance.

Regional:

Regional Route

Usually refers to a driver hauling freight within one particular region of the country. You might be in the "Southeast Regional Division" or "Midwest Regional". Regional route drivers often get home on the weekends which is one of the main appeals for this type of route.

With the economy still in the tank, probably no class A companies will look at you. Many good drivers are struggling to find work. Look at class B type work and apply everywhere and be persistent because you have a lot to prove to a company that you are reliable and won't reoffend.

Have you tried 1099 companies? I hate recommending that course of action since they’re not legally classifying you as an employee like they should but they tend to be some of the more lenient companies

Have you tried indeed.com and use the term SAP FRIENDLY? It's been a while since I've looked on there but in the past there's quite a few posting, though some may be 1099 I'm not sure.

SAP:

Substance Abuse Professional

The Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) is a person who evaluates employees who have violated a DOT drug and alcohol program regulation and makes recommendations concerning education, treatment, follow-up testing, and aftercare.
