Well, you are not making a very good start at this!
Oh my! I can sympathize with you, but you really have messed this up. If Western Express hires you then you should give it your all and make it work. I would imagine if they find out about those accidents and that speeding ticket you are not going to get hired. I don't know.
I will tell you this though. You are going to have a terrible time in trucking if you cannot accpet personal responsibility for your failings. It is critical in trucking that you recognize where and why you messed up. It will cost you your job at most companies if you cannot admit what you did wrong and come up with a plan or a strategy to keep it from happening again.
Listen to yourself as you told us about what has happened to you. First you blamed the speeding ticket on the doctor. By the way, that ticket is considered reckless driving.
in my first week of CDL school I got a speeding ticket going to the DOT doc. He was rushing me saying he’s not waiting and I wanted to get my permit that Friday. Big mistake, ticket 20+ over.
Then you blame the other accidents for being burned out from learning!
Same week I scraped my personal car on the wall, turning into the gym parking. After CDL school by a week maybe I hit a parked car doing a three point turn. All this and I only got my class C in October having moved from the U.K. This all makes me look like a horrible driver, I guess I was a little burned out learning.
My friend, you are going to be learning a great deal during this next year. If a little learning burns you out you are going to really struggle at trucking. I've driven over a million miles and I am still learning. I guess the thing that differentiates us is that I find learning to be exhilarating. I wish you every success at this, but you are going to have to change the way you approach this career. You are not making a good start.
A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
A department of the federal executive branch responsible for the national highways and for railroad and airline safety. It also manages Amtrak, the national railroad system, and the Coast Guard.
State and Federal DOT Officers are responsible for commercial vehicle enforcement. "The truck police" you could call them.
So I got my CDL on the 7th March this year. Unfortunately in my first week of CDL school I got a speeding ticket going to the DOT doc. He was rushing me saying he’s not waiting and I wanted to get my permit that Friday. Big mistake, ticket 20+ over.
Reckless driving...more than likely that has done you in for any company out there. I won't be as kind as Old School was in his comment, you should not have a CDL until you have driven at least a year in our country and you learn the rules better.
Same week I scraped my personal car on the wall, turning into the gym parking.
Good grief! How in the world did you do that?
After CDL school by a week maybe I hit a parked car doing a three point turn.
UK English isn't much different than American English, so how did you maybe hit a parked car? Either you did or you didn't, there is no maybe.
All this and I only got my class C in October having moved from the U.K. This all makes me look like a horrible driver, I guess I was a little burned out learning. The reverse off set that same week idk. Every company has turned me down and often without hearing about the ticket and claims-just based on not having had my class C a year. Western exp had said a class C for 6 months is ok. I have an orientation with them in 3:4 weeks, however they don’t know about my ticket or claims as I left those out the application.
Insurance companies say who the companies can take on or not hire. Many of the big companies are self-insured, and Western Express may be one of those. However, when they hear of your lying on your application, and this is a federal job, you can forget about being hired by them or anyone else.
I have heard Western X are a second chance company , is there anyway they’d take me on?
At this time, I would not pursue a driving job until you have been driving under a Class C for at least one year, but with the 20+ speeding ticket, you need at least 3 years under your belt when it will drop off. In a year, you may be able to find a Class B job, but with your incidents and that speeding ticket, that could be iffy also. So many drivers out there with good records are having a hard time getting on and getting training.
As Old School said, learn to take responsibilities for your actions and not make excuses. In this business, that will get you let go from many companies. Eating humble pie, which is taking responsibility for your actions, will get you further ahead in the long run.

I agree with all said already.
Have you resolved the speeding ticket yet??? If not you need to fight it. Getting it reduced to under 15 over will be your only chance of getting hired somewhere.
Leaving info out on your application will get you terminated when they find out. All companies are required to run drivers MVR annually, so if they miss it originally in a year they will certainly see it.
An MVR is a report of your driving history, as reported from your state Department of Motor Vehicles. Information on this report may include Drivers License information, point history, violations, convictions, and license status on your driving record.
