TMC has nothing invested in you. Plus how do you know they will hire you?
Maverick will have some "skin in the game." They are willing to pay the expenses for your training. Then they promise you a job upon completion. All they ask is for you stay with them for 16 months.
They are going to be paying you well during the contract. They are a well run operation. Your contract will end just about the time you are gaining some real confidence in your abilities as a flatbedder. You'll know at that point whether you want to stay or move on.
I'd go with the sure deal, and I'd be extra careful about not messing it up by making mistakes or damaging stuff.

Ditto here. Both are good companies, but Maverick seems like the “no brainer” in your case. I drive by the Maverick headquarters on a regular basis. Nice training facility.

I have an offer to go to mavericks cdl training and do a 16 month contract. Or I can go to csl school and then join tmc with no contract. I'm torn on which to do. Any ideals?
