Yes I was thinking about that too on the 11th. As 9/9 would have been my deceased mothers 80th birthday. I also started my truck driver training with CRST on 9/9/19 as well.....Just because the timing, happened to align just right......9/11 was a sad day in America, for sure and will NEVER be forgotten by most who watched it unfold on the news etc.
It was my day off from the USPS. My brother and i went to.work anyway. They searched us and our cars for bombs. Told us they expected an attack on all federal buildings and had reports of anthrax, ricin and dirty bombs. They searched every incoming truck and a month later the anthrax hit my office and we were closed for 2 weeks. It was a crazy scary time. But a unified time.
It is sad to see how divided we have become.

Reflecting on 9/11
Dm:
Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager
The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.
