Hello, I’m a new felon who just got out of jail August 7th 2024 I really wanna get on the road but, no company will hire me. is there ANY company that will hire me. Also which makes it worse, I have no experience.

When the incident happened I was in training but never completed it if anyone can please help it’ll be VERY appreciated.

Welcome, you are in a tough spot for sure. The industry is a mess at this point in time and companies that are hiring are being very picky. With all the companies going out of business there are alot more experienced drivers looking for jobs than I can ever remember.

Your background will severly limit you. Look for companies that will hire felon’s and contact them. Being so fresh that will also be problematic for you.

Most companies I know of require 5 to 10 years from completion of sentence. Try everywhere, but understand you are in an uphill battle. Do not turn down other career paths to pursue this as it may not happen now. Good luck
