I do "walk away the pounds"and "Grow with Jo" on youtube. Can do it standing in the truck on cold and snowy days and no one sees you. Do it naked if you want 🤣

I am down 85 pounds now. You can do it too. Planet Fitness is harder to get to than people think. At least for newbies learning HOS rules. And I know someone who was just towed by PF while she was working out.... and the counter personnel told her it was fine to park.

Thanks for the reply! I subscribed to your channel. It's really helpful to see a day-to-day schedule and methods of staying healthy as a trucker. I work remotely from home, and I'm pretty sedentary. I'm considering getting an under-desk treadmill, they have become popular.

Is it pretty easy to find a spot on the ground where you are parked away from other drivers or prying eyes that could be staring at you? Like, if you are waiting to get loaded or unloaded, would it be feasible to do some squats or yoga stretches outside, but where no one can see you? This is probably a silly question, but I'm in the dark about these things.

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

Zomer, not knowing your gender, but as a man, who cares who may see you doing your thing outside?? Same goes if you're a female really, but I understand it'd be different....lol,,,, There have been plenty of times, I've been parked at truck stops, and seen someone doing their exercises outside. Either walking or jogging around the lot area, or other calisthenics. No one's really paying attention to that stuff, to each their own. Besides, it's YOUR Health, not theirs

I walk laps around the truck or even parking lot. Trust me.. you wont want to hang out in a hot summer lot that smells like urine. Prime inc's Youtube channel has a playlist with exercises you can do on the truck. I have a stretchy band i wrap around the trailer bumper... depends where u park. I have used my weights and just did my think right in front of my truck.
