Again Kearsey, I have NO doubt you will shine thru at your new gig, and do very well where ever you may work !!

I always hated changing jobs, having to start at the bottom, and work my way up. Probably my first 2 real jobs, I gave each around 7 years, and moved on. Having a "natural" mechanical ability, I always had a job turning wrenches, So the next new job, I'd give em 2 years, to see how it worked out.

My shop foreman while at Pepsi, told me I could go and work anyplace, after I worked under him for 9 months, seeing what I could do. Same thing @ Pepsi basicly wasn't being paid top wage, yet doing the top earning guys work, or even reworking their poorly done work. So I returned to Waste Mngmnt for a $3 hour raise, but left after 1 year, as nothing had changed from my time there before as they told me it had....

Left the diesel field & got into the automotive @ 2 different car dealers, 5 yrs at Ford, 1 yr at Dodge/Chrysler. Got bored and went into my own gig doing mobile repairs off n on. Wish I had actually gotten into the trucking industry sooner in life, eh "it was what it was"

My long time friend from W.M. finally got fed up and quit after 44 years there !! And he started working there @ 16, he now has moved to Illinois with his wife from there, I heard from 1 of his son's.....I'd always told him & his dad, we are nothing but a number, and loyalty, or long term employee's don't mean sheeyat in the end, as both of them found out to be true.

Based off your posts the last few months I had a feeling this was coming. Still surprised to see it though.

Good luck in your new company! I'm sure you will kill it there as well.
