Hold it. If you are having trouble waiting, get the old probing finger check and see if the problem is pressure on the bladder from the (what's it called? Oh yea,) prostate . . . having to release the pressure every hour may be a symptom you want to check on.

I definitely agree with Jopa. Also, you might consider anything which acts as a diuretic that you're taking in a lot. Caffeine and alcohol are two biggies. Excessive intake of processed foods and the sodium that goes with them is another concern. And finally, being diabetic or pre-diabetic can be an issue as well.
These are all things I've had to learn the hard way. >_>
Oh no, I had that checked recently. This is just a habit I got into when I was working out everyday. Guess I just need to get out of that habit or get one of these: http://www.oneonthego.com/Bags.php

Oh man, you touched a nerve there . . . before I knew I was diabetic, I had an appraisal business that required LOTS of driving. I used to suffer from trying to find a de-watering hole (if you know what I mean) and not to be crass but the empty "tea" bottle had to suffice more than once. Isn't it crazy how we do all the wrong things to ourselves? Here I was, drinking "tea" drinks loaded with fructose, gallons of fresh squeezed orange juice (my good friend owns lots of orange tree acreage) and killing myself slowly and not even realizing it. So, the diabetes (or pre-diabetes) thing is another VERY important possibility to check on . . .

P.S. Don't wait until you can't see like I did to find out if you are diabetic . . . I was using those drug store "reading" glasses to drive with, my vision had gotten so bad. Turned out my "index" was so high the doctor said I should have been in the hospital. Luckily, once you are diagnosed and educated, it doesn't take a long time to get things under control.

Ever had to "cath" yourself? Hmmm - I thought not. LOL.
Not something I would volunteer myself for.
Hourly relief stops may be a little excessive.

Holy crapbaskets that's just nasty, and insane. o_0
Yep, it's true: desperate meth addicts have been known to scavenge the shoulders of America's highway, looking for discarded bottles of trucker urine which they can then drink. - See more at: http://freakyphenomena.com/article/trucker-bombs#sthash.MSx4nxly.dpuf
That is beyond belief . . . and completely unimaginable . . . I knew meth was the Devil's own but I had no idea people could get SO STRUNG OUT!!

This is kind of a weird question, but I haven't seen it addressed..I tend to drink A LOT (8 glasses of water a day) and find I have to go at least once an hour. Now there is NO WAY I can stop every hour, SO I'm thinking about ways to take care of that issue, and the only thing I can come up with is like a soda bottle or something, (or stop drinking so much) but that's a bit dangerous to do while driving, unzipping, etc.....What do you guys do????
