Ya'll are probably very valuable people to your families during the holidays. You guys probably do all the gift wrapping at home and you all probably do a splendid job at it too! Just about the only advantage to being a flatbed driver - you're above average at wrapping Christmas presents.
Dude, it's so funny you say that! Even before I ever started driving, I was a super-meticulous gift wrapper. So much so that my wife always gave me a hard time about it. "That's good enough! Quit being so perfect!"
Ha ha! That reminded me of something that happened probably 10 or 15 years ago. I had wrapped a present for some work function (white elephant gift or something) and one of the ladies asked who wrapped it, it was so pretty. I told her I did. She said indignantly, "You did not!!"
So Daniel, do you do the dishes at home since you're so good at washing trailers out?

I don't wash my trailers, I sweep them. But yes I almost always do the dishes at home, but that's because I'm a gentlemen.
Hey, you finally got it to work!!!

Yeah, I had to upload the photo again for some reason. Probably was corrupted the first time.
for those wondering why only one strap, I was waiting for them to set up the crane and since they had to secure it to the top corners I wanted one strap on there still so that there was no chance of it moving with someone up on the ladder.
Here are a few steel loads I hauled around Texas this week. I had a load of shingles too but didn't take a picture of it. Lots of short 300-400 mile loads.
Today's load had a tight parking spot for unloading. There was a dirt truck loading at the same time so I had to loop around and wiggle it in. For anyone just starting out, I will say that year ago this would have freaked me out, but now it's just another day.
63k pounds of concrete pipe ready to deliver tomorrow. Roughly 103k gross.
After delivering that load of pipe this morning, it was back to the shop to grab another trailer and move this CAT 330 excavator.
