There may still be companies out there. Try WEL Companies I work for them. We had a guy that came from Werner in a similar boat and they retrained him. Also Western Express hired one of our employees with 6 issues on her DAC.

DAC:

Drive-A-Check Report

A truck drivers DAC report will contain detailed information about their job history of the last 10 years as a CDL driver (as required by the DOT).

It may also contain your criminal history, drug test results, DOT infractions and accident history. The program is strictly voluntary from a company standpoint, but most of the medium-to-large carriers will participate.

Most trucking companies use DAC reports as part of their hiring and background check process. It is extremely important that drivers verify that the information contained in it is correct, and have it fixed if it's not.

Daniel, you can fill out an application on our site which will allow you to Apply For Truck Driving Jobs with one application. Have a look at that if you haven't already.

You're going to have a really tough time getting another shot though if all three of those show up on your DAC. All you can do is apply like crazy everywhere you can and be persistent. Covenant, CR England, USA Truck, and PAM Transport are some companies you can try.

If you still have no luck have a look on Craigslist. Often times the mom-n-pop companies and owner operators will advertise jobs on there. You might get a chance with a smaller company and then you can rebuild your safety record.

Owner Operator:

An owner-operator is a driver who either owns or leases the truck they are driving. A self-employed driver.

Keep calling companies. I got lucky and found a second chance company... they'll hire ex felons and pedophiles ffs. During the week when the truck is free or during the weekend I get to practice inside of their trucks while I'm not in college doing my trucking course.

BTW NO IM NOT A FELON OR CRIMINAL OR W/E

But I found the company while looking for a place to practice and I'm really grateful for what they're doing for me and for other people who've served their time and just need a second chance in life.
