It does help. I am getting excited and nervous at the same time. I know I will do fine. Havent quite set a date yet, but it will most likely happen either the week of new years or the following. Just want to finish the holiday season out where I am now, and have a little cash reserve on standby.

Whatever you do, just please don't lease at Central. They'll bombard you with these ideas that leasing will make you a millionaire. All throughout orientation and everywhere you go you'll always hear about it, even when you go solo you'll get messages about how you're not making as much as you should because you're not leasing. Maybe times have changed since I worked there but I left because the pay and because of the push to lease.

I worked at Central for almost 14 months. They have the miles but like I said, they didn't pay much and still don't. But they're not a bad first company.

Daniel I don't plan to lease. They can talk up a storm about it but I won't buy in. I will stay company. I will get my time in a move To a different company if need be. My recruiter told me starting at .33 cents a mile. I am keeping that email and asking to have it in writing.

Thank you for the laugh. After driving 40mph for three hours in February conditions today with an empty trailer I needed that!
