Congratulations Scott, it's all very exciting isn't it? Keep a level head out there and try your best not to hit anything. Manage your time well and be thoughtful when planning out how your going to go about each trip. Time management is a big part of being a successful driver, and once you've convinced your dispatcher that you know how to handle this stuff, you'll be their "go to" guy on the better loads. Of course you may be called upon to bail out another driver that didn't plan things out so well, but even so, that kind of stuff cements you in the dispatchers and load planners minds as a driver that can always be counted on.

Just tested out today and am ready for my own truck! Roehl Transport put me up in a hotel for tonight, and tomorrow I'll get my truck and head off to somewhere! Exciting!
