If you signed a contract, you should have a copy. Look for a heading like Non-Competitive or something. If you didn't signa contract then you don't have one.
As for competition, consider what cre does: haul almost any freight for hire. Moving a farmer's goods or produce for his own purposes is not competing.

I quit CR England a few weeks ago. Need opinion on something. I am going to be working for a farmer hauling feed and hogs. That would not be considered a competitor. I have not seen CR England haul either. Someone at CR England told me there is a competitor clause in contract.
