Better than a deer and didn't damage the truck.

The state of Maine use Moose as speed bumps, keeps the traffic going slow. smile.gif

Was there anything left of your truck? shocked.png

Thankful that we don't have to worry about wild elephants in North America. dancing-dog.gif

Yep! finished the job.

Broke out the headlight assembly on the passenger side. Cracked the hood and took out 2 tires on the trailer.

Dropped the air in the trailer and chained up that axle then put air back into the system and drove to the next town where there was a tire store.

Mind you this was a 3 axle trailer and it was 4:30 in the morning. Having that headlight gone sure screwed with the vision though. Oh and it was the tires on the center axle that it took out. By the next town, I mean like 45 miles....LOL Middle of Hwy 12 in Montana and there is not a whole lot out there except wildlife.

Almost hit a duck in that same area. Sucker flew right in front of the windshield. Missed him by about 2 feet. That duck must have been quackers to do something like that.

Has anyone seen my pet possum Herbie. Lost him somewhere in Missouri. Rascal I always tell him not to play in streets.

I haven't hit anything that big. A bird was my maximum, it trapped between my grill and anti-rock mask, god knows when did I hit it, maybe back while a bunch of birds flew by and hit my roof? LoL Orz

Hahaha! I've hit someone's pet dog with my personal vehicle once. Raining hard, and had an idiot tail-gating me. Saw the dog ~200ft before contact on the driver side headlamp.

Nothing I could do safely on that curve to avoid it.
