I drove by this going North a little after it happened.

The report suggests it was one of the truckers` fault. Gotta leave plenty of room in front of you! This was on a clear day with dry conditions.

HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.

When the newbs are trained better and when the ones already on the road learn these lessons the hard way. I hate it when one of us gets killed in a crash, but, it really eats me up when a "civilian" dies due to a mistake that can be easily avoided. Just sad.
