Well, needless to say not real happy with the recruiter. I sent her an email on Friday telling her we needed this information. All she said back was didn't you get the email... Not any help at all. He is suppose to show up at 6:15 am. Does anyone have the address and information for where he goes?

Lots of people forget to check the Spam folder. Even if the email is not from a "new" sender. This has happened to me. I check the Spam.

You and the recruiter may have sent "written" emails back and forth. But for those travel instructions, she may just click a button and her system sends an automatic email packet. Then your email system looks at the message's structure and tosses it into the Spam can.

HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.
