So I go on the road with my trainer to Greenville Mississippi and I'm as excited and nervous as can be lol. If anybody has any advice please let me know. Thanks!!!!

Awesome!

Just roll with things. That's the most important thing right now. Listen and learn, do what they ask of you (assuming it's safe and legal), and keep a great attitude. There's going to be ups and downs so expect it. Don't let them get the best of you.

Just stay focused on the long term goal of completing the training and going solo. You're going to have to put up with some people and policies you're not too happy with but that's just part of it. Stay the course.

hey I just pass my CDL test looking to start with these guys (Havlor Lines) any advice

CDL:

Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:

  • Any combination of vehicles with a gross combined weight rating (GCWR) of 26,001 or more pounds, providing the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the vehicle being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
  • Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.
