Lonely Planet is your friend here, friend. Alas, this site is dedicated to helping new drivers become truckers. It has a U.S.A. focus, so fun in Stuttgart is really outside its wheelhouse. I'd not be surprised if Brett deleted this thread.

whisperingsmiley.gif Michael, There's a Stuttgart in Arkansas. They have a Duck Festival in November if Cornel wants to wait till November.

I've been through Stuttgart AR. If you don't hunt ducks or grow rice, not much is going on. For adults or children.
