I also keep my hair USMC issue and man scape. when I took a hair follicle test. they shaved half my leg hair. doesn't need to be 1.5 inches they just need to beable to take enough

Don't get me wrong, just wanted to know because I was planning on getting a haircut before going to training and if their gonna take hair well might as well wait till they do that, then I can get my haircut. Don't want to have them get hair from anywhere else. I'll just stick to them getting hair from my head.Right.

Looks like an older thread, but figured I'd share what a Crete Carrier Corp recruiter told me - no hair follicle, just UA. Since it's the same company, I'm assuming this is across the board for Hunt and Shaffer Trucking as well. BTW, I asked because I keep my hair very short, and wanted to know ahead of time if I needed to grow it out for a hair follicle test. I have a long beard, and did not want hair taken from my manhood ;) I was also curious, after reading all these posts, and thought I could contribute.

Sygma does UA only and are always hiring. Good pay good home time but very physical job. I unload 40,000 pounds by hand with handtruck. Two routes a week so 80,000 pounds of week.

According to my recruiter FFE does UA only??? Not sure if you recruiters word is all that true, but just wanted to share information with everyone.

Honestly I wish all companies would do hair test.

And then there are those of us who have been clean from drugs for several years :D I buzz cut to a #4 cut each time my hair gets long enough to be irritating, between cuts I ignore it, I don't even own a comb, for guys, fingers work. I was a regular smoker during my Uni years, first joint at High school Ball after Ball Party (After Prom Party to the US folks) and irregular after leaving Uni.

Ain't had a puff since settling on working in China which has blood tests (HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis, drugs, etc) as part of the Work Visa paperwork, that was 2010 for me.

Where are all the folk who ain't worried about Urine vs Follicle but know they're clear whatever way they're tested?
