Sorry load

Glad you clarified! I was wondering if I should give my condolences for a kid or not. :-P

Do you plan on staying OTR?

Yes I plan on staying OTR I have dedicated runs with HON furniture that give me 1500+ mile runs every 3-6 days

Dedicated Run:

A driver or carrier who transports cargo between regular, prescribed routes. Normally it means a driver will be dedicated to working for one particular customer like Walmart or Home Depot and they will only haul freight for that customer. You'll often hear drivers say something like, "I'm on the Walmart dedicated account."

OTR:

Over The Road

OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.

Dispatcher:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

Well I just enjoyed a 34 reset and was fortunately in Texas and spent it in my own kingsized bed next to the wifey

Not sure how many times it's gonna work out this well but definitely enjoyed the family time.

I'm already in la Porte tx resetting for my 45000lbs paper run to Georgia that I pick up in the morning so this is the end of my first true week out running OTR and the beginning of my second!!

I've been having a blast yall stay safe I'm gonna read some more of my iBook and crash out😁😁😁😴😴😴😴

I've pulled that off a few times. I call it "stealing a night at home"!
